And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and He said, Thus shall you say unto the children of Israel, I Am has sent me unto you. Exodus 3:14
"I Am that I Am". Wow. Talk about a single-minded statement! That is how God describes Himself. I am so glad we have such a positive God. But think about this... He is a God who sees us finished. A God who believes we will fulfill our call on this earth. A God who sees us as being able to bring the Heaven realm to earth. A God who sees us healed, delivered, and righteous. A God who sees us as world changers. A God who believes we can bring revival. A God who expects us to bring our broken society back to Him. A God who believes we will gain boldness to back sin down on the earth. A God who wants us to bring His love instead of our doctrine to the lost.
Do we see it like that?
Do we see ourselves the way our Father does? I'm curious if we see ourselves differently than how He sees us? Seeing ourselves differently than He does would make us double-minded. If He is single-minded.... and the Bible is very clear that He is, His view of us is better than the way we see ourselves. It is time for us to change how we see ourselves. It is time to see ourselves the way He does.
